FEATURES, FUNCTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
The CR8200 is a carrier operated recording lead designed exclusively for the AR8200 scanner receiver. When the CR8200 is used, you may control the tape recorder by squelch action of the AR8200, thereby recording time can be extended. This lead is usefull to record two-way communication where the activity is unpredictable and lower traffic activity. You may also combine SCAN and SEARCH function to record the signal. THE CR8200 only operates with the tape recorder with remote record (stop) switch. The CR8200 uses "Photo-MOS" switch which is a new device used only in a high speed telephone exchange circuit, thereby reaction time is almost nothing.
