Original 2SC1969 from Mitsubishi is discontinued since 1999. There are many bad copies of this transistor sold in the market. In the last 10 years we rejected thousands of copies as the specs were not acceptable.
What we offer is a transistor marked C1969 or CB20W and our engineers approved the specs of this model.
